We’ll dive into two celebrated distilleries, Glenfiddich and The Balvenie, crafting four cocktails that capture their distinct personalities — from bright and orchard-fruit-forward to rich, honeyed, and subtly smoky. You’ll pick up essential techniques along the way and discover just how surprisingly versatile great Scotch can be, whether shaken, stirred, or spirit-forward.
